D4Drivers is seeking a meticulous and analytical Data & Systems Administrator to join our Operations team. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving the growth and efficiency of the business by managing and interpreting operational and sales data, maintaining data integrity, and optimising our systems including CRM and Power BI. You’ll also support system enhancements and provide critical business insights that aid strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Insight:

* Review, analyse, and interpret operational and sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
* Produce insightful reports on clinic and sales performance to support operational planning and sales strategy.
* Deliver performance reports for management meetings and ad hoc analysis requests.
* Ensure performance monitoring systems are in place for all key operational and sales areas.

System Management:

* Maintain and configure CRM and Power BI systems, ensuring data is accurate and structured for business needs.
* Prior experience in design, configuration and management of CRM systems.
* Manage access levels, permissions, and system user requirements.
* Identify and implement system improvements that support efficiency and business growth.
* Plan, test, and implement system changes, including recording bugs and raising change requests.

System Development & Testing:

* Scope, test, and validate system updates in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environment to ensure changes meet requirements.
* Recommend and evaluate new systems or software to improve business performance and insight capabilities.

Operational Support:

* Provide occasional support to the wider team during peak periods, as directed by the Operations Supervisor.

Qualifications/Requirements:

* Experience: Minimum of 3 years in administration, ideally with a data or systems focus.
* Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret and communicate data insights to a non-technical audience.
* Systems Knowledge: Proficient with CRM (Zoho preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Power BI is advantageous.
* Problem-Solving: A proactive thinker with a track record of identifying process improvements.
* Organisational Skills: Excellent ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks effectively.
* Communication: Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00 - £26,000.00 DOE

Ability to commute/relocate:

Telford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education: GCSE or equivalent (required)

Experience:

* Administrative Experience: Minimum of 3 years working in an administrative or operational support role, ideally within a busy, data-driven environment.
* Data Analysis: Proven experience in working with data—analysing, interpreting, and presenting insights to support business decisions.
* CRM Management: Hands-on experience managing and updating CRM systems (Zoho experience is a plus), including user permissions, data entry, and reporting.
* System Configuration & Testing: Experience supporting or implementing system changes, testing software updates, and managing basic system issues or improvements.
* Power BI or Reporting Tools: Familiarity with reporting software such as Power BI.
* Process Improvement: Experience identifying and implementing process or system improvements to increase efficiency.
* Cross-Departmental Communication: Comfortable working with multiple teams (sales, operations, management) to gather requirements and share analysis.
