What you’ll be doing:
1. Drive solution adoption and value realization across assigned customer accounts.
2. Build relationships with key stakeholders to align SHL solutions to business outcomes.
3. Conduct onboarding, value reviews, and usage assessment in partnership with internal teams.
4. Act as a customer advocate, ensuring timely resolution of product and support issues.
5. Monitor usage data to identify trends and proactively mitigate churn risks.
6. Partner with Account Directors on renewal readiness and upsell opportunities.
7. Deliver structured engagement plans that track customer success metrics.
8. Create executive-ready reports and presentations that demonstrate ROI.
What we’re looking for:
Essential:
9. Fluent Italian and English language (written and spoken)
10. Customer success or account management experience
11. Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
12. Excellent communication and presentation abilities
13. Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
Desirable:
14. SaaS or HR tech industry experience
15. Analytical and data-driven mindset
16. Strategic problem solver and self-starter
17. Collaborative team player
