Enrolment Administrator
Location: Hybrid – Coventry
Salary: £23,000 – £25,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (Monday to Friday)

The Enrolment Administrator will be central to providing a first-class experience to learners and employers, ensuring every step of the enrolment journey is efficient, compliant, and supportive. With a balance of administration, compliance, and customer service, this role is the first point of contact for apprentices, employers, and colleagues—making sure learners are set up for success from the outset.

Key Responsibilities
Enrolment
* Facilitate the smooth enrolment process across all programmes
* Collect, review, and verify required learner documentation
* Ensure eligibility checks are completed in line with programme rules
Compliance Management
* Keep updated with programme regulations and funding requirements
* Ensure all enrolments and records meet regulatory and audit standards
* Support internal compliance checks and contribute to continuous improvement
Customer Service
* Act as the main contact for learners and employers during onboarding
* Provide clear guidance, resolving queries quickly and professionally
* Deliver a positive, supportive learner and employer experience
Data Management
* Maintain accurate and timely records of all enrolments
* Provide weekly reporting against sales enrolment targets
* Analyse enrolment data to inform improvements
Collaboration
* Work closely with tutors, managers, and administrators to ensure seamless learner journeys
* Liaise with external partners such as awarding bodies and regulators

About You
* Previous experience in an administration role, ideally within apprenticeships, skills, or education
* Understanding of compliance requirements in funded learning programmes (desirable)
* Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
* Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
* Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficient with CRM systems and data management tools
* Able to work independently and collaboratively in a busy environment
