Your responsibilities
1. Devise and deliver HR strategy and people plans for your functions: Partner with functional LTs to develop people strategies and action plans to drive performance and potential across the teams and deliver business priorities and strategies.
2. Talent management: Shape the future of talent through delivering sustainable succession plans that attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent, building a diverse pipeline ready to lead the future of the business through a heightened focus on career planning and leadership development Deliver sustainable succession plans, attracting, developing and retaining the right talents now and for the future with a diverse pipeline
3. Champion High Performance & Inclusion culture: Work with your leaders to embed a culture of high performance whilst delivering our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
4. Elevate Employee Experience: Work with your leadership team to shape the culture, engagement and recognition initiatives.
5. Lead with Influence & Impact: Partner with senior leaders as a trusted advisor—providing expert guidance on employee relations, compliance, and organisation change/transformation.
6. Future-Proof Capabilities: Collaborate with leaders to define critical functional capabilities and associated development initiatives that align to both delivering our current business priorities and future proofing the organisation from a skills and capabilities perspective
7. Lead change with purpose: Ensure value creation through managing organisational transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with evolving business landscapes and effective change management and communications in deployments.
8. Collaborate for Impact: Work closely with Area HR Partners and our Centres of Excellence to deploy global people initiatives and deliver strategic talent outcomes.
9. Harness Data for Decisions: Leverage analytics and talent metrics to measure impact, optimize ROI, and tell compelling stories that influence strategic decisions.
10. Employee relations: Partner with leaders to provide expert employee relations advice and case management, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and promoting a inclusive workplace.
The experience we're looking for
11. Extensive experience in HR partnering and Talent Management roles to include partnering with senior leadership in fast-paced, complex environments.
12. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with expertise in influencing senior leaders, conflict resolution and project management.
13. Strong facilitation skills and experience of delivering team engagement workshops and leadership trainings
14. Experience driving strategic business transformation and managing change.
15. Experience in UK/ I employee relations and complex case management
16. Experience driving a HR agenda in a cross-matrix organisation and being comfortable with dealing with complexity
17. Experience in devising strategic HR interventions that deliver organizational excellence, demonstrating out the box thinking to solve on business problems
18. Strong commercial acumen, value creation, OE, enterprise leadership, and experience in driving learning & development talent management engagement, compliance and DEI agenda
19. Digital fluency and adeptness in leveraging data to inform compelling stories and strategies
