Role
Sales & Marketing Support Executive
Responsibilities
* Support sales and marketing activity for our CPD programme.
* Follow up on marketing‑generated enquiries and conduct discovery calls to capture potential CPD customer details.
* Provide high‑quality, qualified leads to the Business Development Team.
* Respond to CPD requests, build and manage a target list and reach out to highly prized potential customers to identify CPD coordinators and book CPD sessions.
* Issue CPD certificates following completed sessions.
* Update CPD presentations and support the accreditation process.
* Set up design meetings for qualified enquiries.
* Pick up inbound enquiry calls to track new opportunities.
* Support marketing events and attend CPD events when requested.
Qualifications
* Understanding and experience of using LinkedIn.
* Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
* Excellent coordination skills.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* A proactive approach focused on delivering targets.
* Excellent organisation and time management skills.
* Good IT skills, including MS Office.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
