The successful candidate will focus on ensuring business compliance with global regulations as well as managing internal policies and procedures. Key Accountabilities: Regulatory Compliance : Oversee compliance with laws and regulations, including anti-bribery, modern slavery, ESG, sustainability, and cybersecurity. Supply Chain Oversight : Ensure all supply chain activities meet legal and policy standards. Customer Support : Manage compliance inquiries and questionnaires from customers. Policy Development : Draft, review, and update policies to align with best practices and regulations. Training & Education : Deliver compliance training to ensure awareness and adherence among staff. Monitoring & Auditing : Conduct regular audits, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions. Product Compliance Support : Assist the Quality Team with product compliance requirements. Stakeholder Engagement : Act as a liaison with regulatory agencies and participate in cross-functional working groups. Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on industry trends to enhance compliance programs. Person Specification Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional) are advantageous. Experience in compliance, risk management is a must Experience in related fields such as manufacturing or the automotive industry is a plus. Strong understanding of global regulations and legal frameworks. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
