About the Role
This role involves helping us deliver more within our communities by turning project briefs into measurable and impactful outcomes. You will be central to launching new projects and services, supporting business development, organizing stakeholder events, and maintaining structured communication.
Key Responsibilities
* Understanding and translating bids, grants, and contracts into real delivery.
* Managing end-to-end project mobilizations and handovers.
* Coordinating contract signing, compliance checks, and establishing reporting mechanisms.
* Working with finance for project codes, budgets, and expenditure tracking.
* Ensuring timely reporting and communication of deadlines and responsibilities.
* Supporting administrative tasks like raising purchase orders, taking minutes, and scheduling meetings.
* Setting up processes to ensure efficient project delivery and maximizing value.
* Collaborating with procurement and contract managers to enhance social value impact.
* Researching and supporting new ideas and services with the growth team.

* Experience with audits, evidence standards, and working efficiently under pressure.
