Job Title: Full-Time Science Teacher Location: Harrow Start Date: ASAP Are you a passionate Science Teacher who wants to make a real difference? Our small secondary provision in Harrow is looking for an enthusiastic educator to join the team full-time and inspire just five students in a supportive, close-knit environment. This isn't a typical teaching role. With a maximum of five students per class, you'll have the time and space to truly get to know your learners, adapt lessons to their needs, and celebrate every milestone. You'll also work as part of a welcoming, collaborative staff team who are committed to supporting one another as well as the young people in our care. Responsibilities: Planning and delivering engaging Science lessons across KS3 and KS4. Using creativity and practical approaches to spark curiosity and keep students motivated. Building strong, trusting relationships with students who may present challenging behaviours. Supporting young people to develop confidence, resilience, and a love of learning.
