The role involves cleaning vacant homes after tenants move out, ensuring properties are ready for inspection and new occupants.
Duties include:
* Deep cleaning empty residential properties
* Cleaning kitchens, ovens, and internal surfaces
* Bathroom cleaning, descaling, and mould removal
* Cleaning windows, doors, skirting boards, and flooring
* Preparing properties to hand over
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of relevant cleaning experience
* Ability to work independently
* Own cleaning equipment and supplies
* Reliable transport
* Ability to communicate clearly in English
