Are you a compassionate leader with experience in dementia care? We are seeking a dedicated Care Team Leader to support and guide our care team in providing exceptional person-centered care to our residents at Augusta Court Chichester.
About the Role:
As a Care Team Leader, you will oversee the daily care and support provided to residents living with dementia. You will play a key role in leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of carers to ensure the highest standards of care are met while creating a warm and respectful environment.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Leading and motivating a team of care staff to deliver quality care
2. Ensuring person-centered care that respects residents' dignity and independence
3. Assisting with care planning and liaising with families and healthcare professionals
4. Administering medication and ensuring adherence to health and safety guidelines
5. Supporting training and development of staff to maintain excellent care standard

Augusta Court in Chichester is home to well trained and helpful staff with rooms for up to 46 residents.
