Quality Assurance Assistant
We are currently supporting a Consultancy working across various areas of Engineering, providing specialist expertise to their clients, recruiting for a Quality Assurance Assistant to join their Bristol office.
Acting in a support function, the QA Assistant will assist the Quality Manager in all areas of administration associated with Quality processes and procedures, in addition to promoting the Quality culture within the company.
The main responsibilities of the QA Assistant will be:
* Updating of Quality documentation and associated systems.
* Maintaining version controls of all quality documentation.
* Assisting in the preparation for both internal and external auditing.
* Posting of quality related news to the wider company and updating quality areas of company intranet.
* Contribute towards the promotion of a Quality culture within the company.
* Supporting in all areas of quality administration.
* Management of the quality archive.
* Gathering of data for the Quarterly Quality Report
* Assisting the Quality Manager for maintaining company accreditation standards.
To be considered for this role you will have:
* Some exposure to a Quality, Compliance or Documentation based role (E)
* Degree or some exposure to a Science, Engineering related area (D)
* Strong attention to detail and communication skills (E)
* Excellent prioritisation skills, working off your own initiative (E)
* An eagerness to work in an Assistant or Administration role (E)
This is an office based role in the Bristol area and candidates will be happy to be primarily office based. There may be an occasional need to travel to wider UK locations with occasional overnight stays.
