Full-Time for the academic year | Monday – Friday | 08:30 – 15:30
Start Date: September 2025
Daily Rate: £90 per day (term-time only)

A welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Bargoed is seeking a Strong Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team this September. This full-time role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference supporting pupils in Key Stage 3.
About the Role
As a Trainee Learning Support Assistant, you will:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with:
* ADHD
* Dyslexia
* Emotional and behavioural difficulties
* Assist in lessons across a range of subjects
* Encourage positive behaviour, engagement, and inclusion
What We’re Looking For
* Experience working with young people with ALN and challenging behaviour
* Confidence in using positive behaviour management strategies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Background in education, youth services, or coaching is desirable
* A calm, patient, and resilient approach
