Drive Sales and Distribution: Achieve sales targets and expand product distribution within the assigned On-Trade territory. ? Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders. ? Execute Brand Building Activities: Implement promotional activities, product education programs, and merchandising strategies to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement. ? Monitor and Report: Track sales performance, competitor activities, and market trends, providing timely reports and insights. ? Collaborate: Work effectively with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, and merchandisers) to execute sales strategies and achieve shared goals. What You Bring to the Table ? 1 year experience as an On-Trade Specialist or other relevant role. ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills ? Proven track record of achieving sales targets ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team ? Excellent organizational and time management skills ?
