We’re seeking an experienced Recruitment Professional to provide hands-on support to a busy, high-performing HR team during their peak season. The ideal candidate will be confident, adaptable, and able to hit the ground running - quickly picking up established processes and ensuring a smooth flow of recruitment activity. Broad Overview of Duties * Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process during a high-volume period. * Managing manual approval workflows and ensuring all recruitment requests are processed accurately and promptly. * Preparing and posting job adverts across internal systems and relevant platforms. * Liaising with hiring managers to confirm vacancy details and ensure compliance. * Monitoring applications, maintaining candidate records, and supporting communication throughout the hiring process. * Working closely with the Resourcing Administrator to manage workload and maintain smooth operations. * Upholding process accuracy while applying sound judgement on when flexibility is appropriate. * Providing general administrative and coordination support to the HR/Resourcing team as needed.
