* Creating tender comparison sheets and negotiating with sub-contractors.
* Producing detailed build cost breakdowns, including infrastructure costs.
* Ensuring sub-contractors are registered and certified on the SMAS database.
* Conducting drawing take-offs and producing labour-only rates in collaboration with the team.
* Maintaining and updating SWMP plans, Carriers Matrix, and relevant licences.
* Managing sub-contractor payments, including interim payments and final accounts.
* Issuing variation instructions and contra charges as needed.
* Pricing non-standard client extras and updating costings accordingly.
* Updating Cost of Sales in Viability Manager after re-budgets and valuations.
* Completing monthly site progress checklists and valuations (CVRs and CTCs).
* Liaising with Housing Associations and attending site meetings.
* Supporting the Design & Technical team with sustainability specifications.
* Visiting sites regularly (at least twice a month) to support site staff and sub-contractors.
* Assisting with the production of the Group Rebate Form.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
* A degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience.
* A Full UK Driving Licence.
* Solid experience in building construction within a surveying or project management role.
* Strong negotiation and time management skills.
* Confidence using IT systems and software.
* The ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
What We Offer
We believe in rewarding our team with a great package, including:
* Company Car
