Sports Coach / Teaching Assistant – SEND Schools | Location: Plymouth, Devon | Hours: Full-Time | Mon-Fri, 8:30 – 3:30 | Pay: £89-£95 per day
What You’ll Do
* Lead and assist in lessons for children with SEND.
* Motivate students using fun, inclusive coaching techniques.
* Create a safe, supportive space for learning and play.
* Support planning sports days, competitions, and activities.
* Encourage teamwork, confidence, and positive behavior.
* Assist with personal care and classroom support when needed.
What You’ll Need
* Experience working with children (SEND experience a plus).
* Strong safeguarding knowledge.
* Adaptable coaching style for different abilities.
* Great communication and people skills.
* Patience, positivity, and resilience.
* Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one.
