Conveyancing Paralegal
Romford
Owen Reed is looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join a law firm in Romford, Essex.
This is a full-time role for a very experienced Paralegal used to running their own caseload from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a passion for serving clients and a desire to expand his or her in-depth knowledge of Conveyancing. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional with outstanding communication and analytical skills.
The ideal candidate will:
* Be responsible for a high volume caseload in Residential Conveyancing
* Strong IT skills - proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/Case Management Systems
* Will have excellent communication and drafting skills
* Experience in working under pressure
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and with other legal professionals and also independently to a high level
* Have experience in drafting client care letters/forms/contracts/raising enquiries and reporting on Title
* Fluency in one or more additional languages (other than English) is a plus
