Are you a passionate and adaptable Primary School Supply Teacher seeking opportunities? Contribute to maintaining educational continuity for students across various primary schools.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver pre-planned lessons and maintain classroom routines in the absence of the regular teacher.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a safe and respectful learning environment.
* Adapt quickly to different school settings, building rapport with students and staff while adhering to school policies.
* Assess and support pupil progress, providing feedback and guidance, even during short-term placements.
Requirements:
* PGCE, QTS, or HLTA Level 4 qualifications.
* Experience working with primary school students.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to adapt to various teaching environments and work effectively with diverse student populations.
* Flexibility and willingness to work on short notice.
