This is an exciting opportunity to support a dynamic private client department working on a broad range of testamentary and estate matters, including contentious probate work.
About the Team
At TSR Legal you will be part of a dedicated wills and probate department recognised for providing specialist advice and support on estate planning, will drafting, contested wills, probate and related estate administration services. You’ll work closely with experienced fee earners on both straightforward matters and more complex disputes.
Key Responsibilities
* Support solicitors and fee earners with wills, probate and contested estates matters throughout the lifecycle of a case.
* Prepare documentation for probate applications, estate administration and related court filings.
* Draft wills, powers of attorney and correspondence with clients and third parties.
* Manage and organise case files and related documentation.
