What you will do
Deliver high-quality physiotherapy care within the medicine department.
Assess and develop tailored treatment plans for patients, ensuring optimal recovery and wellness.
Lead with a hands‑on approach in moving and handling, as well as contributing effectively to on‑call duties.
Utilise your expertise in SystmOne to maintain accurate patient records and care plans.
Mentor and guide junior staff members and students, fostering a nurturing and educational environment.
Engage in audits and service improvement initiatives while following evidence‑based practice.
Responsibilities
A minimum of 3 years of experience in an NHS setting.
Demonstrate competence in moving and handling techniques, basic life support (BLS), SystmOne, and fulfil on‑call duties.
Experience in mentoring junior staff and students, supporting their growth and development.
Proven track record in audits, service improvement, and adhering to evidence‑based practice.
To qualify, you’ll need to be HCPC registered and a skilled driver, ready to navigate Harlow with ease and confidence.
