An award-winning multidisciplinary firm are seeking a talented Senior Architectural Technologist to join their new team in Bury St Edmunds. Recognised as one of the leading construction consultancies in the UK this firm operate out of multiple offices across the country, offering services in Architecture, Project Management, Building Surveying, Engineering and more. Although this is a well-established company, the Architecture team in Bury St Edmunds is a new addition to the business and so now would be an exciting time to come on board. They can offer an ambitious Senior Architectural Technologist the opportunity to work within a dynamic environment across a range of sectors including Residential, Commercial, Education, Industrial, Heritage & Leisure. As the team is in its early stages of development, opportunities exist for both Architectural Technologists as well as Senior Architectural Technologists so if you feel that don't quite match up to the requirements below it could still be worth reaching out. Ideally, we are looking for CIAT Chartered Architectural Technologists but those who are still working towards chartership who can demonstrate fantastic UK industry experience are also wanted. Full proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD will be required as training will not be provided - You must be fully confident of being able to hit the ground running with these software packages. The successful Senior Architectural Technologist will also have proven job running ability along with experience in detailing large complex buildings and producing comprehensive working drawings. You will need to be a team player with excellent communication skills, able to work independently and under pressure.
