Who you'll be supporting & more about the role:
We enjoy spending time together doing fun activities or just having a cup of tea and a chat around the dining room table having fun and laughing. We also love to get out and about and enjoy life with trips to the seaside and wild life parks in the minibus and also out to local coffee shops and we do enjoy a tipple at our local pub, so having a full UK manual driving licence is key.
We know it takes a special person to work in social care and we recognise that not everyone that would be perfect for the role, will have professional experience. From people with vast experience in a support worker or care assistant role, from people with lived experiences who may have friends or relatives with disabilities or have looked after older relatives, to people with no experience at all.
