About the Role
As a Bank Support Worker, you'll provide flexible, person-centred support to:

Children, young people, and adults
*
Clients with mental health needs, substance misuse issues, or experiencing homelessness
You'll work across various supported accommodation settings, covering shifts when needed – giving you flexibility and the chance to broaden your experience.
Key Responsibilities

Support clients in developing life skills and promoting independence
*
Provide practical and emotional support tailored to individual needs
*
Help clients access services such as healthcare, housing, and benefits
*
Work closely with social workers, healthcare staff, and housing teams
*
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and case notes
*
Contribute to creating a safe, respectful, and supportive environment
What We're Looking For
✅ Previous experience as a Carer or Healthcare Assistant
✅ Empathy, resilience, and strong communication skills
✅ Ability to manage challenging situations professionally
✅ Flexibility to work various shifts (days, nights, weekends) across Cheshire West
✅ Commitment to safeguarding and supporting vulnerable individuals
Desirable (but not essential)

Qualifications in Health & Social Care, Psychology, or related field

Experience in mental health, substance misuse, or housing support
*
Current Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
