What you'll be doing:
* Create new business through proactive outbound activity. This will include high volume cold calling, lead generation and qualifying leads.
* Convert outbound opportunities into client meetings by engaging decision-makers, understanding their needs, and positioning our recruitment solutions effectively.
* Conduct meetings with potential clients to discuss their recruitment needs, present our solutions, and negotiate favourable terms.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates, becoming a trusted advisor.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment to our clients.
* Manage the full recruitment cycle from writing adverts and sourcing candidates to closing offers.
* Sourcing and developing excellent candidate relationships, maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
* Consistently hit (and exceed!) your targets and KPIs; driving both business and personal success.
