Must Have's
* Previous customer service experience
* Previous experience in lead generation.
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Be able to demonstrate a pro-active approach to business situations that deliver a high Customer services level and support business strategies

* Export/ customs experience
Key Activities & Responsibilities
* Handling all incoming customer queries and questions
* Providing the appropriate service and information or referring clients to another department
* Resolving customer complaints and issuing refunds/ collections as needed
* Resolving highly technical problems and arranging product replacements for customers
* Maintaining an accurate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database by entering and updating client information
* Making prospecting calls /generating leads
* Providing quotations and checking product availability
* Handling payment transactions
* Process orders received via phone, email or web
* Wide range of general admin including, but not limited to; setting up new accounts, responding to web enquiries, filing, updating portals and sending tracking information
* Follow up and chase customer quotes
* Passing leads on to the sales team
* Set reminders on customer accounts to follow up on previous out of stock products in order to generate more business

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads to support our sales efforts. You will leverage your skills in B2B sales and telemarketing to engage with prospects, build relationships, and contribute to the growth of our business. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, enabling effective outreach to a diverse clientele.
Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
* Utilise CRM software, including Salesforce, to track interactions, manage leads, and report on progress.
* Research potential clients and industries to identify new opportunities for lead generation.
* Develop and maintain relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-up strategies.
* Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
* Provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements to lead generation strategies.
Experience
* Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing is essential.
* Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
