The Role
Contractor Status: Inside IR35
Location: Leeds (2 days in the office), fully remote options available
Type: Full Time, 4 weeks minimum, rolling contract thereafter

We are on the lookout for a talented Senior Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic Performance Marketing team. In this role, you will spearhead a project focused on producing marketing analytics for the PureGym Group across the UK, Denmark, Switzerland, and the US. You will collaborate closely with channel marketing and commercial finance teams to track and understand the effectiveness of all marketing activities—both digital and ATL—helping us maximize our investment in new members.
Key Deliverables Include:
* Conducting a thorough evaluation of all marketing activities from December 2025 to February 2026 across our UK, Danish, US, and Swiss markets, covering both brand and performance media.
* Collaborating with channel owners and third-party media agencies to analyze year-on-year changes in activity and their impacts.
* Creating comprehensive reports to communicate performance insights to stakeholders, including the wider marketing team, commercial colleagues, and country MDs.
* Providing clear recommendations for improvements to our forward media strategy based on your evaluations.
The Person
We are looking for someone who:
* Has experience in a similar role or has previously activated and managed marketing campaigns.
* Possesses excellent numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data to inform digital strategy.
* Is proficient in Google Analytics and other analytical tools.
* Is highly confident in preparing reports in Excel and has experience with data visualization software such as PowerBI, Looker Studio, or Tableau.
* Has a solid understanding of digital channels, including PPC, SEO, programmatic display, and paid social, and is familiar with platforms like Google Search Ads 360 and Meta Business Manager.
* Takes ownership of performance and is committed to meeting all targets.
