Our Night
House Manager role:
We’re
looking for a Night House Manager to support our guests and keep our Aparthotel
running smoothly through the night. You’ll help late arrivals get settled,
ensure our rooms and communal areas stay spotless, and assist the
night-cleaning team with their duties.
You’ll
also be at the forefront of creating the effortless, welcoming experience that
makes our Aparthotel so special, helping guests feel safe and at home.
This position follows a 4 days on / 4 days off schedule, offering extended rest periods and a work-life balance.

As our
Night House Manager you’ll be:
* Overseeing and assisting
the smooth running of all guest-related tasks and issues.
* Overseeing our Night Cleaner
and ensuring all areas are being cleaned to standard.
* Supporting our management
team with any relevant administrative tasks as required.
* Ensuring all guest
complaints are dealt with in a timely and appropriate manner.
* Preparing information for
the following day’s arrivals.
* Carrying out regular floor
checks.
* Assisting with front desk
tasks.
* Ensuring the internal
security of the building (i.e external doors are locked and secured) and
CCTV is monitored regularly.
* Undertaking any other
duties necessary to ensure we provide excellent levels of guest service.
The skills you’ll be sharing with us:
* A
minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role
* Previous
Front of House experience
* A
demonstrable commitment to high-end customer experience
* Strong
team player energy with bags of enthusiasm and personality
* Excellent
task prioritisation and delegation
* Excellent
people skills
* Comfortable
alone working at times
