I’m working with a leading multi-disciplinary specialist contractor delivering building services, construction, facilities management and MEP solutions across the UK and Ireland. Currently they are seeking a Document Controller to be based on Royal Surrey County Hospital to manage the flow of documentation. The Document Controller will analyse project data, creating visualisations to aid decision-making and maintaining document control processes. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong IT skills, particularly in MS Excel and Dalux. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance and accessibility across teams. * Support project delivery by managing technical documents, drawings and handover/O&M manuals. * Provide administrative support including contractor timesheets, site inductions, and general office coordination. * Analyse project data and create visual reports to support decision-making. * Train and support team members on document systems and workflows.
