Head of Client Services - Programmatic Advertising - £70-£85K base + bonus

My client is a growing independent programmatic agency that partners directly with brands and agencies to deliver data-driven media solutions across all digital channels. Backed by a strong trading and insights team, they combine precision targeting with real-time campaign optimisation to help clients unlock measurable business outcomes. With a strong leadership team and a collaborative culture, they're now hiring a senior client lead to drive strategic relationships and scale the Client Services function.
The Role
* Lead and grow the Client Services department, managing a team of AMs and CSMs
* Own client strategy and satisfaction across a portfolio of direct brands and agencies
* Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery, including planning, reporting, and QBRs
* Act as the senior client contact for key accounts, leading strategic conversations and identifying growth opportunities
* Collaborate closely with Trading, Strategy, and Sales to ensure seamless execution and service delivery
* Implement structure, process, and best practices across the CS team
* Drive retention, upsell/cross-sell, and long-term client partnerships
You
* 8-10+ years in Client Services, Account Management, or Planning within a media agency, trading desk, or ad tech business
* Strong background in programmatic, digital media, or data-led environments
* Experienced in building and managing high-performing client teams
* Comfortable leading strategy, reporting, and performance conversations with senior stakeholders
* Personable, commercially savvy, and confident presenting to clients
* Strong process builder, team leader, and cross-functional collaborator
