This is an opportunity for an experienced Operations Maager or General Manager to take the next step in their career. You will be passionate about the industry with the experience and determination fo lead by example and be a success at the property. The business has a mix of restaurant, bar, tea room, grand ballroom and meeting rooms. It offers a full service to guests and non residents. The Role - General Manager
• Managing all aspects of the hotel
• Producing budgets and financial reports
• Developing a strong and successful team in all departments
• Building new teams in F&B to drive the hotel forward
• Maximise Festive trading opportunities in local market
• Ensuring excellent guest satisfaction and gaining increased profile on social networking sites.
The Person - General Manager
• A strong and determined manager
• An existing General Manager with 4* hotel service experience or higher
• Able to deliver results compared to budget
• Excellent F&B skills
• Outstanding host and able to develop long standing relationships with clients and team members
