Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare detailed electrical estimates based on project drawings and specifications.
* Conduct quantity take-offs for materials, labor, and equipment.
* Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to gather necessary information.
* Review subcontractor and supplier quotations for accuracy and completeness.
* Identify cost‑saving opportunities and provide value engineering proposals.
* Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market pricing, electrical codes, and regulations.
* Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator in the construction or mechanical services industry.
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and installation methods.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
* Proficiency with estimation and project management software.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering, construction, or related fields are preferred.
