An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Training Manager to join a global Engineering & Manufacturing leader, operating across 20+ sites with over 1,000 employees worldwide. This role will suit an experienced Training professional or someone with hands-on engineering experience who has delivered training and is looking to move into a dedicated Training Manager position. You'll play a key role in coordinating, facilitating and enhancing training across the business, working with external providers, driving engagement, and ensuring training is delivered effectively and on time. The successful Training Manager will be easily able to commute to HUDDERSFIELD from Leeds, Dewsbury, Halifax, Wakefield and Brighouse.
