Pinnacle Group are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our communities. You will be joining our Soft FM Cleaning teams based at the Towngate Theatre in the centre of Basildon. Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations – including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care. Your role will be to provide and maintain a clean, safe and healthy environment for staff, users and visitors to a high standard throughout the theatre including auditorium, cafe, lobby and backstage areas. This is a part time early morning position where you will be working 6am to 9.45am, Monday to Friday. There will also be the requirement to work overtime on Saturdays and Sundays as well as after show cleans. Key responsibilities will include: Cleaning of lobby areas and onsite cafe. Cleaning of the site offices Cleaning meeting rooms Checking lighting and replacing blown bulbs. Sweeping of hard surfaces and litter picking of soft surfaces. Key requirements: Strong cleaning experience. Must be able to get to central Basildon for a 6am start.
