Key Responsibilities
* Writing answers to PQQs, tender and interview submissions
* Coordinating with various parties to gather information for timely responses
* Developing and maintaining an in-house Bid Library, including CAD plans, Tender Stage plans, written statements, company profiles, case studies, and CVs
* Downloading and uploading tender information from portals and distributing to relevant parties
Type of work:
Projects include hospitals, universities, care homes, schools, and high-end residential developments.
With an annual turnover of circa £45m and project values typically between £6M and £20M, the company is expanding and seeks passionate individuals who buy into teamwork and innovation, including Building Information Modelling and VR technology, to secure and deliver projects effectively.
Desired Knowledge and Experience
While experience is valuable, the primary qualities sought are passion for construction, teamwork, and a willingness to learn and improve. More experience is advantageous but not essential if the candidate demonstrates enthusiasm and potential.
