At Six by Nico, we’re proud to support our teams to grow, learn, and succeed. We’re on the lookout for an experienced Junior Sous Chef ready to step up and join our creative, fast-paced kitchen in Belfast.
What to Expect
Our unique tasting menu changes every six weeks – meaning fresh ideas, new techniques, and constant development. You’ll work closely with the Sous and Head Chef, helping to lead the kitchen team and deliver top-quality dishes with precision and passion.
What We're Looking For
* Solid kitchen experience at CDP or Junior Sous level
* Great knowledge of food, prep techniques, and kitchen operations
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A positive attitude, ready to support and inspire others
* Calm under pressure and always pushing for high standards
