We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef to join us at Warner Hotels.
What will I be doing?
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring all stations are properly organised and prepared for service.
Supervising and training junior chefs, promoting a positive and collaborative working environment.
Ensuring food safety standards are always adhered to, including proper storage, handling, and cooking techniques.
Monitoring inventory levels and managing food costs to meet financial targets.
Supporting the Head Chef in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and responding to guest feedback
