£45,000 - £50,000 (£55,000 OTE) + Progression + 34 Days Holiday + Company Pension + Private Healthcare
Do you have experience leading product design teams within an R&D environment and are looking for a varied and exciting role where you will take ownership of the full product lifecycle from concept through to manufacture at an industry leading company?
On offer is the chance to be the technical leader within a product-focused engineering team, where you will drive new product development, oversee design projects and lead teams across R&D, design and manufacturing.
The company were established over 70 years ago and in that time have built a very strong reputation across the board. They are now looking for an experienced Design Engineering Team Leader to support their ongoing new product development and innovation strategy.
The Role:
• Lead teams across R&D, product design and manufacturing
• Take ownership of full product lifecycle
• Deliver projects to agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards
The Person:
• Proven experience in full product design lifecycle
• People management experience
• CAD experience (ideally SolidWorks)
