Assistant Site Manager Crediton Area Permanent Sphere Solutions are working with an award-winning house builder to recruit an ambitious and career driven Assistant Site Manager. The company ethos is quality first, delivering high end houses exceeding customers’ expectations. You will assist the Site Manager with the following; * Management of direct labour and sub-contractors * You will ensure site health and site set-up is undertaken and in accordance to company standards and expectation * Ensure that all orders for materials and subcontractors are made and recorded accurately. * Monitor the quality of work on site at the various stages and reporting progress * Attend site meetings. * Customer liaison Suitable candidate: * Experience as an Assistant Site Manager within New Build volume housing. * SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work. * Able to motivate and manage multiple trades and subcontractors * Full UK driving License due to the location of sites On offer is a Salary of circa £50,000 (inclusive of car allowance), additional annual leave, Private healthcare, Company pension scheme, support with career progression and an Annual bonus scheme!
