About the Role:
As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive, you will manage a diverse caseload, including but not limited to:
* Sales and Purchases of residential properties throughout Devon and beyond
* Re-mortgaging services
* Residential Property Investments and Lettings
* Probate Sales
* New Homes transactions
* Matrimonial Transfers
* Shared Ownership and Joint Ownership
* Help to Buy schemes
Requirements:
* Qualified as a Solicitor or Legal Executive with a strong background in residential conveyancing (minimum 2 years’ experience)
* High level of attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent client service
