Job Description
3. Provide tailored legal advice to private clients on estate planning, wills, and trusts.
4. Handle probate and estate administration processes efficiently and accurately.
5. Draft and review legal documents such as wills, powers of attorney, and trust deeds.
6. Advise on inheritance tax planning and asset protection strategies.
7. Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met professionally.
8. Collaborate with other departments to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory changes.
10. Contribute to the firm's success through effective client management and service delivery.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Private Client Solicitor should have:
11. Qualified as a solicitor in Scotland
12. Experience of private client law, including wills, trusts, and probate.
13. Excellent client management and communication skills.
14. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
15. Proactive approach to staying updated on legal and regulatory changes.
