Following a period of rapid growth and with some of the UK's most exciting clients on board, our client is looking for a passionate and organised Technical Coordinator to join our growing team.
What's the Opportunity?
Reporting to the Head of Technical, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the Quality Management System, driving product quality, ensuring compliance, and supporting continuous improvement across their operations.
What Will You Be Doing?
1. Customer Complaints & Non-Conformance – Log, investigate, and trend issues, identifying root causes and driving corrective action.
2. Calibration Scheduling – Manage and maintain technical equipment calibration schedules.
3. Quality Management System (QMS) – Keep documentation controlled, updated, and audit-ready.
4. QA Coverage – Step in for routine QA checks to support production when needed.
5. Consumables Management – Maintain stock levels and order supplies for the technical team.
6. Supplier Assurance – Keep supplier documentation up to date and chase certificates.
7. Deputise for Head of Technical – Provide leadership cover where required.
8. Specification Management – Help keep Daily Dose and customer specs accurate and current.
