About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Qualified Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Old Swan. This role involves supporting teachers across various year groups, assisting with lesson delivery, and providing targeted support to pupils, including those with additional needs.
Job Description:
* Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
* Provide 1:1 and small group interventions to boost pupil progress.
* Assist with classroom management and behaviour strategies.
* Prepare resources and help maintain a positive learning environment.
* Contribute to the school’s ethos and values through teamwork and professionalism.

Ideal Candidate:
* Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
* Has experience supporting pupils in a primary setting.
* Demonstrates strong communication and organisational skills.
* Is adaptable, reliable, and committed to pupil development.
* Builds positive relationships with pupils and staff.
* Experience/want to work with children with SEN in mainstream schools
