Commis Chef Needed - Witney - FM Service Provider - £12.60 per hour
CBW has an Exciting opportunity for a Chef to work for an established company situated in Witney. The successful candidate will have a proven track record as a Chef and will be able to work Immediately on a flexible basis.
Hours/Details:
* Monday to Friday
* 07:00am to 15:00pm
* Contract type - Temp to perm
* Immediate start

Requirements:
NVQ Level 2 Culinary or equivalent, Food hygiene certificate – Level 2
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately measuring ingredients to support the chef de partie
* Preparing ingredients by washing, peeling, chopping produce, and seasoning various meats
* Assisting in the preparation of basic salads and sauces according to the chef de partie’s instructions
* Receiving and checking deliveries to ensure all items are complete and meet quality standards
* Monitoring inventory levels and informing the supervisor when supplies are running low
* Safely discarding expired or spoiled food from storage areas, refrigerators, and freezers
* Maintaining clean, organised, and fully sanitised workstations
* Ensuring all prepared dishes are presented to the required standard as directed by the chef de partie
