Malary Ltd is a privately owned family business trading for more than 40 years’ operating in three main areas:The production of fuel for wasteRecovery of hazardous wasteIndustrial Services to provide Environmental risk reduction through preventative solutionsWe pride ourselves in the development of innovative solutions for our customers to support their businesses by reducing environmental risk.We have a close, friendly team who work together, support each other and are focused in delivering the best services possible.Join us to become part of our growing team!Job Title: Operations CoordinatorReporting To: Division ManagerLocation: In PersonContract Type: PermanentJob Type: Full-TimeRole Summary:The Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role to ensure the company delivers exceptional services to our clients from start to finish.The job holder will take day to day administration responsibility for the field engineering teams to ensure operations run smoothly.The role requires the Coordinator to provide daily support to the offsite engineering team reporting to the Fuel Division manager and ensuring operation run smoothly.Key Responsibilities:Maintaining the planning tool for field engineers.Liaising with clients to book in work, provide updates and general client support and communications.Preparation of Engineers Job pack accurately and fully completed – Phase 2 of Job pack creation (RAMs and methodology)Preparation of invoice measurement forms to provide to the Division Manager (add in “& finance”)Managing & booking Subcontractors.Liaising between Engineers and Division Manager.Ordering plant, parts, and consumables and then processing purchase orders.Completion of RAMs (generic/urgent) with support of Line Manager/Compliance Manager.Ensuring daily update email sentLiaison with sales re job handoversRecording expenditure sheet on all jobs over £10,000Liaison with compliance for team training (Eg. AirDat)Completion of forms (defects/near misses/incidents) if required.Cover for manager if awayThe right person:Qualifications and TrainingEducated to GCSE level, incl. Maths & English (min.
