Industry standard IT systems manage processes, stock integrity, and ensure customer orders are fulfilled, suitably packed and delivered on time via a range of transport solutions. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Goods -In/Out Supervisor to oversee the efficient handling and management of our goods entering and exerting our warehouses. About the Role As the Goods-In /Out Supervisor at Walkerpack, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate receipt, inspection, and documentation of all incoming and outgoing goods. You will collaborate with various departments, manage inventory levels, and contribute to the smooth flow of goods in and out of our warehouses in Brackmills. Main Purpose of Job (general Tasks Supervise all goods into the warehouses in line with company processes Supervise all out bound goods in line with company processes Supervise all MHE operatives in the goods in out operations Update the warehouse management systems in a timely manor Produce all documentation for all inbound loads Ensure all inbound loads a scanned away into a location Key Responsibilities: Oversee the receiving process for all incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring accuracy and completeness of deliveries. Supervise all the MHE staff in connection with the warehouse goods in and out operations Inspect received goods for quality, quantity, and compliance with purchase orders and specifications. Inspect all outgoing goods for quality, quantity, and compliance with picking sheets and orders Collaborate with all internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues with incoming and outgoing shipments. Ensure timely and accurate recording of received goods in the inventory management system. Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager to maintain accurate stock levels and address any stock discrepancies. Implement and enforce safety and security protocols for the goods-in /out area.
