Role: Senior Software Controls Systems Engineer
This role involves project delivery and PLC/DCS programming, requiring experience with PLC/DCS programming for a Systems Integrator. A solid understanding of control engineering principles and involvement in the full project lifecycle are essential.
Main Responsibilities
* Participate actively in all project phases from start to finish.
* Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
* Produce design and test documentation.
* Develop PLC, DCS, HMI, and SCADA software.
* Conduct testing with customers.
* Perform on-site commissioning.
* Compile training manuals and conduct customer training sessions.
The Person
* Intermediate experience with major PLC, DCS, and SCADA/HMI platforms, with eagerness to learn new technologies.
* Experience in software development and project delivery with customers.
* Understanding of industrial networks (Profibus, ProfiNet, Ethernet) setup, commissioning, and fault finding is preferred but not essential.
* Experience working in an engineering environment.
