You’ll be a great fit if you have: Strong Excel skills (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formatting, organisational formulas) The ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment A high level of attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work Strong communication and teamwork skills Experience with Keyloop Dealer Management System (desirable but not essential — full training provided) Key Responsibilities Processing Commission Statements: Review, reconcile, and accurately post all commission statements in line with internal deadlines. Processing Funding Journals: Prepare and post funding journals to ensure timely and accurate allocation of transactions. Preparing the Daily Funding Report: Compile and distribute the daily funding report, providing clear visibility of vehicle funding positions. Investigating Vehicle Account Variances: Identify, analyse, and resolve discrepancies within vehicle accounts, ensuring balances are accurate and fully reconciled. Processing Funding Invoices: Validate, match, and process funding interest invoices with a high degree of accuracy. Completing Month-End Reconciliations: Perform month‑end reconciliations for all relevant accounts, ensuring robust audit trails and compliance with finance controls.
