Brand Specialist
As a Brand Specialist, you will work as part of our store team in a luxury retail environment, sharing a passion for our brand and values with customers and colleagues.
Responsibilities
* Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and possess successful link‑selling skills to drive business.
* Outfit build for customers, make additional product recommendations, and achieve store KPI’s.
* Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to secure regular clientele.
* Act as a Brand Ambassador and maintain a keen interest in current fashion and market trends.
* Ensure shop floor maintenance, presentation and organization issues are addressed promptly.
* Show flexibility and innovation when reacting to the changing business environment, especially around peak trade.
* Lead by example, putting all PVH values into practice, inspiring the team to generate sales and profit while minimizing losses.
Qualifications
* Previous track record within hospitality or retail, with a deep connection to consumers.
* Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate to win.
* Ability to inspire trust and recognize and celebrate the contributions and achievements of others.
* Adaptability and quick learning in fast‑moving retail environments.
* Purpose‑driven initiative in driving sales through PVH’s digital platforms.
