This is an opportunity to join a fantastic business in Oxfordshire who are looking at new ways of working as they embark on a period of growth in their organisation. Our client is looking for an interim HR consultant to work with a small client group and lead a consultation. The role is expected to be required on a part-time basis due to the stop/start nature of consultation and there will be the requirement to work from our client's office to deliver some of this work in person.
Your new role
Working as an individual contributor, you can expect to work independently during this short-term assignment. You will be briefed by the senior HR Business partner upon start and will have access to key contacts in the HR team and wider business as required. You will ideally already have a suite of templates and process maps you use to deliver work like this and will be able to make a start right away on the process.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be working with key stakeholders and impacted employees throughout and will demonstrate excellentmunication, influencing and negotiation skills. You will be amercial thinker who understands a variety of working patterns available in an engineering/technical workforce, including shift patterns etc. You will ideally also have an up-to-date understanding of what is apetitive andpelling offer to employees.
