* Leading and supporting the BI team that focuses on commercial and marketing insight.
* Working with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver clear, actionable insights.
* Supporting the development of reports and dashboards to track performance, campaign effectiveness, and customer engagement.
* Guiding your team in using data effectively to solve problems and proactively spot opportunities.
What we\re looking for in you (your superpowers!)
We\re looking for someone who is a natural collaborator and enjoys developing people.
The Must-Haves
* Proven experience leading BI, performance, or data teams.
* Strong data visualization skills, ideally with Tableau; Looker or Power BI are great too.
* Expert SQL knowledge.
* Confidence working with senior stakeholders and translating technical detail into simple, clear stories that drive action.
The Nice-to-Haves
* Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and balancing short-term needs with long-term improvements.
* Knowledge of the online gambling industry.
